Standard Service (not eCargo or Gocycle)
A PDI level service for your eBike, which includes safety check, minor adjustments only and lubrication.
-Software update and eBike diagnostic check
-Frame & fork inspected for alignment & damage.
-Headset & bottom bracket checked for adjustment.
-Wheel hubs checked for adjustment.
-Wheels rims checked for trueness and condition.
-Tyres checked for condition & inflated to correct pressure.
-Gears & brakes checked & adjusted correctly.
-Transmission Parts checked for condition & lubricated.
-Software update and eBike diagnostic check
-Frame & fork inspected for alignment & damage.

All components will be cleaned, adjusted, lubricated and polished with silicone free polish. If there are any major parts that need replacing we will contact you before going ahead. The Silver Service is the recommended annual service for your eBike.

Your eBike is stripped to its bare frame and components are removed, overhauled and refitted, complete with any adjustments that might be required. This is recommended if your bike is in need of real TLC!

-Battery, motor and all connections checked and tested.

Bespoke Services
Whether carrying your family or goods for your business, it’s imperative that your eCargo bike remains in good order – and prevention is better than cure. The eCargo service is conducted in our service centre, by our trained eCargo bike mechanics and using specialist lifts and tools to ensure that every inch of your eCargo bike can be properly checked and adjusted. The service includes;

• Wheel hubs bearings cleaned & checked for wear.
• Tyres checked for condition, tyres inflated to correct pressure.
• Wheels checked for spoke tension and trueness and rim wear.

A specific service designed for the Gocycle model range, based on Gocycle’s own comprehensive service plan and conducted by our Gocycle-trained eBike mechanics.
Service includes all recommended visual checks, physical checks, torque adjustment checks, inspection of wear parts, review of any applicable Technical Bulletins (and remedial work, as required) and Firmware Updates. Service includes a Valet Clean.

FC Customer Health Check
When you buy a new bike from us, and you’ve been riding it for up to six weeks, we’ll give it a free health-check and make sure that everything’s running smoothly. 6 weeks of use on a bike is a ‘bedding in’ period. This is to allow for things to settle and ensure that the bike functions correctly. If the bike has been used for a longer period, the checks carried out on the bike at the free 6-week check-up are redundant.
Repair
At Fully Charged we offer a two year warranty on the motor and on the bike should it not function as originally described or intended.
During this time, if your bike or motor is faulty (ie it cannot be used), we will take responsibility for repairing or replacing a faulty product, as necessary. Warranty repairs are our priority, but turn around times vary case by case.
