eBike & eCargo Service
Designed to make your eBike feel brand new, our Platinum Service is ideal for bikes that have been heavily used or haven’t been serviced in over 12 months. It’s a comprehensive, top-to-bottom refresh that restores performance, sharpens handling and keeps everything running exactly as it should. (See eCargo service options for Cargo Bikes, including long-tail models.)
The Platinum Service includes a full strip-down, where components are removed, inspected, overhauled and refitted, with precise adjustments made throughout. The bike is then professionally valeted, cleaned and detailed.
Includes all items in the Standard Service, plus:
● Full strip-down with accessories removed and components checked for alignment and wear
● Headset inspected for wear and replaced if required
● Wheels checked for spoke tension, trueness and rim condition
● Transmission cleaned, inspected for wear, lubricated and refitted
● Battery, motor and all electrical connections checked and tested
● Full valet clean, polish and detailing
Please note: fitting of any required replacement parts is included in this service. The cost of new parts themselves will be charged separately.

Designed to keep your eBike running smoothly year-round, our Standard Service is ideal as a regular annual check-up. Staying on top of servicing is always easier — and more cost-effective — than catching up later. We recommend booking every 6–12 months. (See eCargo service options for Cargo Bikes including long-tail bikes such as the GSD or Multitinker.)
As part of the Standard Service the whole bike is checked for condition and adjusted. It does not include fitting any new parts, stripping the bike down or cleaning and degreasing, but does include the following:
● Frame and fork inspected for alignment and damage.
● Headset checked for adjustment.
● Wheel hubs checked for adjustment.
● Wheels rims checked for spoke tension.
● Tyres checked for condition & inflated to correct pressure.
● Gears & brakes checked & adjusted correctly.
● Bike re assembled, fixings tightened using correct torque settings
● eBike software updated
● (Does not include cleaning or polishing)

A specific service designed for the Gocycle model range, based on Gocycle’s own comprehensive service plan and conducted by our Gocycle-trained eBike mechanics.
Service includes all recommended visual checks, physical checks, torque adjustment checks, inspection of wear parts, review of any applicable Technical Bulletins (and remedial work, as required) and Firmware Updates. Service includes a Valet Clean.

FC Customer Health Check
When you buy a new bike from us, and you’ve been riding it for up to six weeks, we’ll give it a free health-check and make sure that everything’s running smoothly. 6 weeks of use on a bike is a ‘bedding in’ period. This is to allow for things to settle and ensure that the bike functions correctly. If the bike has been used for a longer period, the checks carried out on the bike at the free 6-week check-up are redundant.
Repair
At Fully Charged we offer a two year warranty on the motor and on the bike should it not function as originally described or intended.
During this time, if your bike or motor is faulty (ie it cannot be used), we will take responsibility for repairing or replacing a faulty product, as necessary. Warranty repairs are our priority, but turn around times vary case by case.
