Servicing Options

Standard Service (not eCargo or Gocycle)

Bronze eBike Service £80

A PDI level service for your eBike, which includes safety check, minor adjustments only and lubrication.
-Software update and eBike diagnostic check
-Frame & fork inspected for alignment & damage.
-Headset & bottom bracket checked for adjustment.
-Wheel hubs checked for adjustment.
-Wheels rims checked for trueness and condition.
-Tyres checked for condition & inflated to correct pressure.
-Gears & brakes checked & adjusted correctly.
-Transmission Parts checked for condition & lubricated.

Silver eBike Service - £120

All components will be cleaned, adjusted, lubricated and polished with silicone free polish. If there are any major parts that need replacing we will contact you before going ahead. The Silver Service is the recommended annual service for your eBike.
-Software update and eBike diagnostic check
-Frame & fork inspected for alignment & damage.
-Headset & bottom bracket checked for adjustment.
-Wheel hubs checked for adjustment.
-Wheels rims checked for trueness and condition.
-Tyres checked for condition & inflated to correct pressure.
-Gears & brakes checked & adjusted correctly.
-Transmission Parts checked for condition & lubricated.
-Transmission parts removed, cleaned, checked for wear, lubricated & re-fitted.

Gold eBike Service - £180

Your eBike is stripped to its bare frame and components are removed, overhauled and refitted, complete with any adjustments that might be required. This is recommended if your bike is in need of real TLC!
-Software update and eBike diagnostic check
-Bike stripped to frame/forks which are then checked for alignment and damage.
-Headset and Bottom bracket cleaned & inspected for wear and refitted.
-Wheel hubs bearings cleaned & checked for wear.
-Tyres checked for condition, tyres inflated to correct pressure.
-Wheels checked for spoke tension and trueness and rim wear.
-Gears & brakes cleaned, checked for condition, refitted & adjusted.
-Brake pads checked for wear.
-Transmission cleaned, checked for wear, lubricated and re fitted.
-Bike re assembled, fixings tightened using correct torque settings.
-Battery, motor and all connections checked and tested.

Bespoke Services

eCargo (Family and Business only) Bespoke Service £195

Whether carrying your family or goods for your business, it’s imperative that your eCargo bike remains in good order – and prevention is better than cure. The eCargo service is conducted in our service centre, by our trained eCargo bike mechanics and using specialist lifts and tools to ensure that every inch of your eCargo bike can be properly checked and adjusted. The service includes;
• Bike components checked for alignment and damage.
• Headset and Bottom bracket cleaned & inspected for wear and refitted.
• Wheel hubs bearings cleaned & checked for wear.
• Tyres checked for condition, tyres inflated to correct pressure.
• Wheels checked for spoke tension and trueness and rim wear.
• Gears & brakes cleaned, checked for condition, refitted & adjusted.
• Brake pads checked for wear.
• Transmission cleaned, checked for wear, lubricated and re fitted.
• Bike re assembled, fixings tightened using correct torque settings.
• Battery, motor and all connections checked and tested.
• Cargo accessories, including boxes and passenger kits checked for proper fitment

Gocycle Bespoke Service - £140

A specific service designed for the Gocycle model range, based on Gocycle’s own comprehensive service plan and conducted by our Gocycle-trained eBike mechanics.

Service includes all recommended visual checks, physical checks, torque adjustment checks, inspection of wear parts, review of any applicable Technical Bulletins (and remedial work, as required) and Firmware Updates. Service includes a Valet Clean.

FC Customer Health Check

Free Six Week Health Check

When you buy a new bike from us, and you’ve been riding it for up to six weeks, we’ll give it a free health-check and make sure that everything’s running smoothly. 6 weeks of use on a bike is a ‘bedding in’ period. This is to allow for things to settle and ensure that the bike functions correctly. If the bike has been used for a longer period, the checks carried out on the bike at the free 6-week check-up are redundant.

Bike servicing at Fully Charged will include a motor diagnosis, brake and gear adjustment, general lubrication and a tyre inflation check. Here are our service options. Fully Charged Service Centre - really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were so kind to me giving me extra tips and help in addition to the actual service. I was very pleased as this is the main reason I chose FC to buy my new ebike from - A big factor was because the marketing describes excellent after sales care. And it was. Bryan and Matt were extremely helpful, fitting me in to a full calendar when I needed extra work, set my handlebars and seat to the right height and angle and giving me general care and cycling advice.
